Head Coach - Michelle Laidlaw
Our Head Coach, Michelle Laidlaw, has been associated with swimming in Victoria for thirty-three years in wide ranging capacities as a Swim School Owner, Coach, Administrator and Team Manager.
She is the owner and founder and the Head Coach of the Blue Fin Swim School and the Blue Fin Aquarius Amateur Swimming Club (BFAASC). She trains and mentors swimmers in the BFAASC and the St Michael’s Grammar School (SMGS) Junior and Senior swimming squads.
Michelle’s specific expertise related to the development of swimmers and swimming squads includes designing and implementing teaching and training programs for all age groups, development and implementation of sports science programs, and planning and co-ordinating annual competition programs for BFAASC.
