The Committee appoints Club Captains at the start of each new season, following a vote by the swimmers.

The Captains are expected to be strong role models to all other club members at all times.  They should:

• encourage and support the team and assist their coaches and/or Team Managers;
• behave appropriately;
• pay attention to and respect their coaches;
• put in a maximum effort at each training session and at swim meets;
• be punctual, and
• show respect to Club officials, parents and all people associated with BFAASC.

The Club Captains for the2011-2012 Season are Michelle Popovski, Rebecca Sampson and Ben Holland.
