All of our learn-to-swim activities are governed by Blue Fin’s policies, guidelines and procedures, which are based on standard practice within the Australian competitive swimming environment and more than thirty years experience in teaching and coaching swimmers. They are also based on swimming Australia’s behavioural guidelines and the Swimming Victoria Code of Conduct.

Blue Fin is very committed to its duty of care and our policies and procedures are aimed at ensuring that our employees behave in an appropriate manner, that our students are safe, that they enjoy a positive experience when they are swimming with us, and that they gain the most benefit out of their classes and training sessions.
