Squad fees are calculated over a training year – an eleven and half month period, and are payable by the calendar month and are due and payable on the first of the month – net 10 days.  Fees should be paid either by:

cash;

by EFT to Westpac Banking Corporation, BSB 033-018, Account Number 271-889; or

by cheque, made payable to: Blue Fin Swim School.

Squad fees are calculated taking into account the following factors:

• cost of employing the coaching team;
• cost of hiring the training venues;
• coaches time in preparing programs;
• purchase of coaching resources and equipment; and
• coaches’ attendance at most carnivals.

Squad fees are payable regardless of the number of sessions attended.  Fees will not be waived or discounted when swimmers are on holiday. Swimmers who are ill should present a medical certificate and will receive a credit in the subsequent month’s fee.
